Dr Wojtek Ciszak is originally from Poland. He immigrated to Canada in 1973 with a Master's degree in Chemistry.
He attended medical school at the University of Toronto and graduated in 1981. He underwent his hospital training at St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver. He has been actively practicing Family Medicine in downtown Vancouver ever since.He is married, with two grown-up sons. In addition to English, he speaks Spanish, French, Polish and Russian.
